What is Living Consciously?

To live consciously is to awaken to the truth of who we are. It is to open the doors and windows of the heart, allowing what has long been hidden to be seen, felt, and released. The workshop is only the beginning; it offers a sacred mirror, inviting us to meet the unspoken emotions resting deep within the soul.

But the real journey begins after. This is where the work unfolds, the daily devotion of returning to love, again and again.

To “do the work” is to embrace yourself fully, to honor the unique being that you are, and to remember that you are already enough. It is the gentle art of feeding body, mind, and Spirit with intention and presence.

Choosing a New Direction

Change begins within. You cannot transform life without first transforming yourself. Every thought, every word, every choice holds creative power.

If you want something new, you must begin to live in a new way. Choose differently. Speak differently. Love differently.

We are not here to change others; we are here to walk beside them. Offer compassion, but allow each soul to walk its own path.

Presence and Vulnerability

Look honestly at the patterns that no longer serve you.  Dare to release what once was your comfort.

You are a creator.  Feel the life you wish to live as if it already exists.  Let it move through you.

Remove the masks that hide your essence. Let your light be seen, raw, honest, and radiant. You are a unique reflection of divinity, and the world is waiting to meet your true self.

Acceptance and Flow

Stop resisting life. You are not meant to battle the current, but to learn its rhythm. Life unfolds not by your timing, but by divine design.

Every day is a classroom, a chance to grow in awareness, to heal, to remember.

The signs are always there. Listen with your heart, and you will understand their language.

We are Spirit having a human experience, walking each day back toward love and compassion, back home to ourselves.

Owning Your Triggers

Triggers are emotional reactions, such as anger, fear, or shame, that arise in response to specific situations or interactions.  In the context of self-healing and spirituality, triggers are not punishments or signs of weakness.  Instead, they are invitations to explore parts of yourself that are still longing for love and acceptance.

When a strong emotion is triggered, the process of self-healing involves:

  • Pausing and Noticing: Recognize the emotion as it arises.  Rather than reacting impulsively, take a moment to pause.  Accept them.

  • Breathing and Feeling: Notice where the emotion lives in your body.  This mindful awareness helps you connect with the physical sensation of the trigger.

  • Exploring the Wound: Beneath every reaction is often an unresolved wound or pain that is asking to be seen and acknowledged.  Investigate and be curious.  What is it that the inner child needs?

  • Offering Compassion: Sit with the emotion, offer it love and acceptance, and allow it to soften.  This gentle approach creates space for healing.

In spiritual practice, triggers are viewed as opportunities for growth.  They point to areas within yourself that need attention and compassion.  By embracing triggers with mindfulness and love, you begin to heal old wounds and move toward greater wholeness.  Healing happens in the space where you allow yourself to feel, accept, and transform these emotional responses with compassion and grace.

Building Community

Recognizing that each of us is unique, honors individuality, and allows natural intelligence to flourish.  All of you are gathered here on a particular path focused on building a community that supports collective growth, a vital connection.

Belonging means not just fitting into a group but also staying true to yourself and your integrity.  Community arises from the values we uphold for one another and ourselves, forming the foundation of this work.

When people feel safe, they form natural bonds and connections.  Essential knowledge isn’t simply taught; it’s found within the community, because it’s through belonging that we rediscover our most authentic selves with innocence.

The real power lies in the community, serving as a catalyst for transformation and redemption by overcoming isolation and returning to connection.

Community thrives when individuals are strong and distinctive, much like a choir, where every voice adds beauty rather than competition.  By expressing your own uniqueness and sharing it, you celebrate both your own joy and that of others in the group.

Sustaining personal change requires a supportive community.  It’s less about healing and more about engaging in relationships, play, and shared meaning within a strong community capable of embracing change; the interplay between individual and community is at the heart of this journey.

Reach out to those who have earned your trust.  Share your truth, your joy, your grief.  In speaking, energy moves; in listening, wisdom grows.

Embrace the Journey

We are always in the process of becoming, unfolding, remembering who we truly are beneath the layers we’ve carried.

As each layer softens and releases, we naturally return to greater peace, harmony, joy, and abundance. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. It happens in its own perfect timing.

Life begins to feel meaningful again, not because it has changed, but because we have. What once felt fragmented slowly comes back into alignment, guiding us home to wholeness.

This journey is not about fixing or striving.
It is about allowing, listening, and trusting the wisdom that has always lived within you.

Step forward with curiosity, move gently, and meet the journey with an open heart, this is where true transformation begins.

The Sacred Trinity Within

To live consciously is to nurture every part of our being. True healing happens when we bring harmony to the whole body, mind, and spirit, allowing them to dance in balance and unity. Each one speaks its own language, yet together they form the song of our existence. When we care for all three, we return to wholeness. We remember that we are sacred vessels of light, created to love, to feel, and to grow.

Body

Your body speaks the language of truth. Listen closely. It will tell you when to rest, when to move, what to eat, and when to be still. It is the sacred vessel that carries your soul.

Offer it nourishment, protection, and care. Treat it as the temple that it is.

Mind

The mind will often whisper stories that dim your light, tales of not being enough, of needing to do more or be more. Watch these stories pass by like clouds. You don’t need to believe them. Return to silence, to breath, to stillness.

Meditation, movement, breathwork, walking, or tending to nature are all ways to quiet the noise and reconnect to your inner wisdom. Feed your mind with teachings that elevate your vibration, with words and sounds that remind you of truth and presence.

Spirit

Spirit is the quiet pulse behind all things, the gentle reminder that you are never alone. Creation is always loving, always guiding, always holding you.

When you pray, do it from the intimacy of your heart. Ask with trust, then release and listen. The answers are everywhere, in synchronicities, in nature, in the rhythm of your breath.

Recognize the blessings hidden in the moments that could have gone another way. These are signs that you are deeply loved and protected.
