Men's Group Retreat
A weekend gathering for men exploring The Masculine Wound. The second of four Hero's Journey weekends in 2026. Welcoming returning brothers and new members into the circle.
Welcome to the Circle
Whether you've walked with us through King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover, or you're just finding the circle, you are invited.
Men's Group Update, the focus for our upcoming gatherings.
Brothers, as we step into our next gathering, I want to share the deeper thread that is shaping a new direction.
Our work with the King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover last year wasn't just exploration, it was initiation. Each archetype revealed something essential in me. And when we completed the Lover cycle, I felt a rare sense of completion, like a chapter of my life had been fully lived.
At that moment, I felt called to shift our gatherings from one night to two nights. That extra space changed everything. It allowed each of us to go deeper into our own process, to drop the masks, to let the truth rise in its own time. And it deepened the brotherhood between us in a way that one night never could.
In that expanded container, I also went deeper. Not outward, inward. Into the places I had avoided. Into the places that demanded more of me. And in that descent, I began to see something clearly, not in theory, but in my own life.
I learned the importance of stability, clarity, and capacity through my relationship with Carol. Through the moments when staying present felt like standing in the void, where nothing is certain, nothing is familiar, and the only thing left to lean on is my own breath. Through the times when sitting in discomfort was the only honest path forward. Through learning to hold space for what needed to change, in her, in us, and in me.
I learned it when I stepped into my leadership of this men's group. When I tried to be what was needed, even when I didn't feel ready. When I stopped running from the parts of myself I didn't want to face. Everything changed the moment I stopped running.
And in that shift, the next stage of our work revealed itself:
Creating the Container Where Others Thrive
This is the bridge from knowing the archetypes to embodying them. From personal growth to relational leadership. From inner work to a movement that can ripple outward.
We will explore how a man becomes a field of safety, clarity, and possibility, a presence that allows his partner, his family, his community, and himself to unfold into their fullest expression.
Our work will move through three living pillars:
Stability, becoming the ground others can stand on.
Clarity, becoming the light that reveals the path.
Capacity, becoming the space that can hold life without breaking.
This is the masculine as devotion, not dominance. As coherence, not control. As presence, not performance.
Brothers, this is the work that called me forward. This is the deeper journey I am ready to share. And this is the work we will step into together, the weekends of July 17 & 18, and September 25 & 26.
