"What is it actually like there?"

It's a fair question, and you deserve a real answer, not a brochure. Before you give up a day, a weekend, or a night away from your own bed, you should know exactly where you're going and what to expect once you're there.

So here it is, plainly. The grounds, the rooms, the food, and the small comforts, laid out honestly, so all you have left to think about is showing up.

The Garden

Our circles are held outdoors, under open sky, among growing things. There is something the body understands about working through old pain while surrounded by living green, it softens what indoor walls tend to hold tight.

The grounds are shaded, private, and set up for stillness. Hammocks for resting between sessions. A table where the group gathers to talk, eat, and simply be near one another. Small altars and quiet corners for anyone who needs a moment alone.

When it's time to rest, most of our participants choose to stay right there in the garden, sleeping outside under the open sky. There's something about a group settling down together in the same soft dark that deepens the sense of community, and plenty of people say it becomes one of their favorite parts of the whole experience.

You are not walking into a sterile room. You are walking into a garden that has held many circles before yours.

Rest & Sleeping Quarters

Indoors, we have three bedrooms, each holding up to three people. When a group is larger, the living area transforms into another shared sleeping space, laid out with thick four inch mats for a comfortable night's rest.

Every bed and mat is made up fresh before you arrive. We spread clean sheets, blankets, and pillows throughout the house, indoors and out, so wherever you land for the night, you're landing somewhere soft.

If you have a specific need, a health condition, a sensitivity to light or noise, anything at all, let Carol know before you arrive so the room arrangement can be planned around it.

Meals, Homemade & Shared

You won't need to think about food. Our team prepares real, homemade meals throughout your time with us, set out buffet style so you can take what your body wants, when it wants it.

After an Evening or Night Circle

A warm buffet spread waits at the close of the day: homemade soups, fresh bread, berries and fruit, banana bread, guacamole, hummus, and chips.

In the Morning

Coffee, tea, oat milk, almond milk, and regular milk. Bagels and bread, chia pudding, a salmon platter, fresh fruit, berries, and cobbler.

For our two day retreats, we bring in a private chef who prepares a full, luxury style menu built around healthy, organic, conscious ingredients.

Have a dietary restriction, allergy, or a medication that affects what you eat? Tell Carol in advance and it will be accounted for.

Everyday Comforts

For every circle, a team of at least ten people is on the grounds making sure everything is taken care of. Hospitality isn't an afterthought here, it's a real priority.

Clean, Private Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms inside the house, plus a half bathroom outside on the patio, so there's never a long wait or a shared line during breaks.

A Quiet Place to Integrate

Deep work asks something of you, and afterward, you need somewhere soft to land. A dedicated quiet area is set aside for anyone who needs to lie down, journal, or simply be still away from the group.

The Experience

None of this, the garden, the rooms, the meals, means much on its own. What actually holds you is the way it all comes together. A team that shows up early to set the table before you're even awake. A bed made up with care you never had to ask for. Someone quietly checking that you're okay without making it a thing.

That's what turns a beautiful property into a real circle. Not the furniture or the flowers, but the people who tend to every small detail so you're free to simply be present. The place gives you room to breathe. The team gives you the safety to actually use it.
