Each workshop flows through three intentional phases, each one opening naturally into the next, creating a complete arc of transformation from arrival to integration.
Opening the Field
We begin with grounding and intention-setting. You are invited to arrive as you are, in your comfortable clothes, and together we create a sacred space of connection, with yourself, with others, and with the energy that surrounds healing. Gentle movement, breathwork, or contemplation may accompany this opening.
Journey of Inner Discovery
In the heart of the workshop, we turn our gaze inward. In this phase, you will be supported in releasing old patterns, inviting clarity, embracing self-compassion, and reconnecting with the truth of who you are. The work may call you quietly or with depth, and we will guide you every step of the way.
Integration & Communion
After the spiritual journey, we gather in a circle of support and sharing. We anchor insights, rest into renewed alignment, and weave our individual awakenings into collective resonance. You are gently guided back into ordinary life with expanded awareness, renewed strength, and a deeper connection to your path.

Our workshops are held in a lovingly tended garden-sanctuary in Hollywood, Florida. This is not a rented hall or a clinical space, it is our home, our refuge, and the place where we have held over 650 ceremonies with care and devotion.
